Join the Transplant Trekkers as they virtually trek through Europe to celebrate the World Transplant Games. It’s time to lace up and log in—registration is officially open for the next Transplant Trekkers virtual challenge, Destination Dresden! Whether you walk, bike, do yoga, or dance, every mile helps us put transplant on the map.

Starting July 7, our six-week VIRTUAL trek takes us through France, Spain, and Germany, all the way to Dresden—host city of the 2025 World Transplant Games. Along the way, you’ll get moving your way (walking, gardening, pickleball—whatever works!), pick up transplant facts from around the world, and be cheered on by our incredible Trekker community.

Know someone new to the Trekkers? Invite them to join you! We’re excited to welcome first-time participants—and for this trek, we’ll reimburse the registration fee for all first-time Trekkers. It’s a great way to grow the movement and spread awareness beyond the transplant community.
